The night that we received it we had it assembled, sighted and discovered the moons of Jupiter. Pretty cool and the price was right. We already owned the Skyscout which turned an entry level scope into a GPS assisted scope for a lot less money than one with GPS on board. It fits the bill for us.

Only one small problem-Altitude lock won't hold on its own in a horizontal position,so as to switch users without re-adjustment. Other than that I love it.
